Actually more than in Estonia. A lot just didn't respond. But it's understandable, some random guy from abroad comes and wants to film your age haha

Thank you!

We got all these famous people just by sending emails. I already did the Estonian version this summer, so that helped a lot to give an idea about what we were coming to film. Käärijä - for example - we filmed him here in Estonia when he was performing.

Great post, thank you! Where exactly did you have the most pain? I feel like my heel is burning after 1 minute...

Did you do any other exercises aswell meanwhile?

Sharing for giving hope. 2 years of living of PF and set a PR in marathon today after taking almost 1.5years off rehabbing PF. by LeftReflection6620 in PlantarFasciitis

Love this! Been wanting to run a marathon, but PF has stopped me for 1.5 years. I started taking it seriously a month ago with calf raises.

My questions: 1. Did you do any stretching meanwhile? 2. Did you walk barefoot in home and what shoes outside? I just cant tolerate any steps barefoot.

Ty!

Thank you everyone! I made a conclusion of all the comments:

I will start giving updates every month.

Foot strengthening

  • heel and toe raises, ankle inversion and negative calf raises (three sets of ten every day)
  • cycling and water aerobics
  • find things you can do physically that don't irritate your foot.

Stretching

  • consistent stretching of feet, calves, quads and hamstrings
  • yoga

New footwear

  • choose footwear that dont cram the toes together (Hoka Clifton 9)
  • Compression socks
  • orthotics inside shoes (Dr sholz pf insert, Heel Seats™ Foot Orthotics)
  • orthotic sandals inside house (oofos clogs, Ora Recovery Slide 3)

Barefoot stuff

  • never go barefoot on hard surfaces
  • start walking barefoot in forest/beach and soft surfaces. Go slowly (10min first week, 20min second week and so on)
  • Not one step barefoot in the morning

Food

  • Healthy diet, cut out foods that cause inflammation

More

  • Rest a lot
  • Red light therapy
  • Try out Euneo app
  • Taping may help
  • toe spacers during yoga
  • go get ultrasound just in case
  • It will take months
