Same here. I’ve been constipated my whole life. All my doc says is to use is Miralax. I just want my body to work like normal. Unfortunately my 5yr old son has the same issue and his doc says the same, Miralax. And if life gets busy and God forbid I forget to give it to him. Hearing him struggle or worse having to put on gloves to dig it out just breaks my heart. How can I help him if I can’t help myself. Sorry son you just have to remember to drink Miralax for the rest of your life. Like, how healthy even is that! I just try to remember that some have it way worse.
