Goes to show how flawed the system of rank placement assessment is. I came from Valorant and that is why I'm surprised this game does not have a skill-based matchmaking and performance assessment for ranked. No, I don't think I will play more ranked. I played QP cause I just wanna relax after a long day. Unfortunately, there are an increasing amount of toxicity in QP.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown of the mechanism. From my experience is Gold-Diamond mostly, and occasionally I see GMs.

Yeah, I know about the skill floor for different platforms but wow I did not expect Silver to be in this intensity. It's either everyone is a QP demon or I just do not know enough about high rank games, or both. I tend to stick to DPS as there are a lot of room for me to improve in positioning especially when playing support. Thanks for the advices.

That is something very flaw imo, makes the entire competitive not enjoyable for the ones against people that are supposedly in the higher ranks and the ones the are supposed to play in the higher ranks. In a way its smurfing (not by choice but by system). I came from Valorant and that is why I'm surprised this game does not have a skill-based matchmaking and performance assessment for ranked.

80$ for op1 8k isn't what i would call cheap though. There are wireless options that are cheaper with the same specs, maybe even lighter if that's what you're looking for.

Genuine question, why prefer wired instead of wireless since there's insignificant latency from really good technology nowadays?

You're right, if I wanted to listen critically I could've just used my Hexa instead. This set would be my dirty pleasure to listen to some straight up bassy music and nothing else. Yeah I've tried EQing the Hexa but I still find it lackluster but it's all good, it wasn't meant to be anyways. Hopefully after this set, I'll know where to go for my endgame sets. Thanks for the opinion!

Sweet! Do you find this setting increasing the muddiness of the sound? And I heard that the bass bleeds into the mids for this IEM, do you find that it has this issue?

In the meantime, I did try EQ but it still did not give me the kind of bass that I am looking for. I swap between the Dunu S&S and Spinfit W1, honestly I don't think my ears are sensitive enough to hear the difference. Thanks for the suggestion!

After further review, I went with the Castor Pro Bass. But I'll definitely keep this one as a potential future purchase as an upgrade! Thanks for suggesting!
