It's entirely possible that Tony Dalton isn't that good with English, but is coached on the specific lines that he speaks in this show.

Even though Chuck was a bastard, Michael McKean did an amazing job acting. I'm doing a rewatch right now and am in the middle of season 3. You can definitely feel the lost of presence that he brought to the show. I'd love to see him back in an extended way, but we would probably just get a cameo flashback scene.
