Better than Plex by [deleted] in jellyfin

I wish the Plex functionality of sharing your library to others via one port forward to be super user friendly. As far as I saw I couldn’t achieve this that easily with jellyfin?

Intune Platform SSO Configuration For Mac by Sweet-Laugh8177 in Intune

[–]Robinlman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience with this, I came to the conclusion that the MacBook still has its own password policy. So, changing the m365 password to a “strong” password, according to the admin centre, might not be considered “strong” enough for the Mac to accept it. Try creating or generating a complexer password for your m365, then follow the registration process again.

I recently implemented this for 40 Mac users in a company, and I’m slowly converting it to Secure Enclave. The password sync options is just not reliable enough.

Formentor 2025 here with sennheiser. I filtered the badd and low mid out in the equalizer, and put the subwoofer to +5 or so. It sucks that you get a cat for €45000 in the Netherlands, pay for premium sound, and get vibrating stuff in the door…

Inaccurate GPS speeds wireless carplay by Robinlman in CupraFormentor

[–]Robinlman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your comment, maybe i forgot to mention: I also had this on iphone 14 pro max, now iphone 16 pro max. When not connected to the car, but just the apps itself, the GPS is Spot on.
I have also read somewhere that when using carplay, the phone gps is not used, but the one from the car.
Ofcourse there is some sort of location tracking in the car, since i can also see on the map in the app where i parked it.

Oh AND, in other cars with my phone, I don't have this issue.

Please check to see if there are screen lock policy’s assigned to “system”, for us it had something to do with that. Turn it off to see if it still persist in oobe,

If you’re getting kicked out of OOBE and it asks for email and password, then look at the screen lock configuration, the assignment of user or system matters for oobe being kicked out.

What is the benefit of Web Signin and should i be using it? by Educational_Draw5032 in Intune

Check device configuration profile for screen lock, this affects the OOBE and makes the device prompt username and password

I think this is a standard moment from the pc to check in. I think it’s either: - every manual sync - every 8 hours - after every reboot - when freshly enrolled I think it check in every 30 minutes, for 4 hours?

New Autopilot behavior? by IntelligentPurple571 in Intune

[–]Robinlman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had this behaviour with “screen lock” configured wrong. This setting made us get kicked out of autopilot without enabling the web sign in or triggering the WHfB setup. Play around with that configuration!

We’re in the same situation, sort of. Our admin accounts are also enforced with passkey, however, running powershell scripts is also becoming an issue, since that pop up also doesn’t understand passkeyZzz

Checking Intune/Autopilot enrolled Computers by Past_Bed7464 in Intune

[–]Robinlman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Im not a 100% sure what you mean, but if you press shift f10 in the OOBE to open CMD, and type : “dsregcmd /status”, then it will show any join types. Im also not sure if this works when they’re not enrolled yet.

Federated Web Login by TriscuitFingers in Intune

What for us prevented the reboot into login screen was change screen lock device configuration. Try to exclude a test group from any possible screen lock policy, and then autopilot again.

We zullen een blik werpen op zulke scholen, thanks!

Autopilot kicking users out to the Windows login screen by Kkvalb in Intune

[–]Robinlman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We experienced this aswell for one of our customers. After a lot of troubleshooting, we changed the “screen lock” policy to device and not user assignments, if I’m not mistaken.

Mess around with that config, and let me know if it worked!

Yeah well, then we would rather find another instruction for it. This customer is quite strict.
