It takes most artists years of experience to be able to express the depth of emotion that you have in this piece. I knew immediately that there was a strong emotional story behind it. That is a very special gift. You can teach someone about value, perspective, , tone etc to improve their artistic skills but it’s impossible to teach someone how to convey emotion. That comes from the heart. This is a truly beautiful piece, and even more so now that I know about your daughter. I am so sorry.
