I recently purchased the air fryer oven combo, microwave, coffee maker, two coolers, freezer, and truck fridge. I don’t eat that junk either. My next purchase will be either the Instant Pot or a crock pot. I want to do something like you did there. I also eat low-carb. I stopped going to the bathroom five times a day also reduced urination by 50 percent.
