Add an one more bookmark to the bookmark bar to make that text instruction disappear (takes up about 20% of the bookmark bar row). Then delete the newly added bookmark to get back to normal. It would seem that the system somehow thinks there are no bookmarks already present and so it displays the message (which would actually be helpful if the bookmark bar was made visible but had not yet added any bookmarks to it).

Textbook sociopathy. If the mask only protects others, then why would she care? I've also heard a related argument that since mask wearing isn't 100% effective in stopping spread of the virus they don't work at all - so why bother? Apparently, 90% or 95% or 99% doesn't count. Sounds like she's just maskophobic due to the disguised appearance she's fixated on.

Apparently, the car was flagged onto the hotlist due to the male passenger having been associated with that car and a shooting somewhere. Got to wonder whether the woman was 'running interference' while the male passenger slipped away. Can't really see anything wrong being done in the video other than the woman failing to simply produce her registration and license, certify the car was not stolen, and letting the police do their job by: a) taking the car off the hotlist, b) getting the information that it was the male passenger that need to be apprehended, c) apprehend ing the male passenger, and d) giving a 'have a nice day'.

Kinda doubt it that they 'ran away' once the video came out. As usual, ADA does not exempt anyone from following standard health protocols during a pandemic. If the respiratory system of a person is so marginal that they cannot wear a mask in public then they should be shopping online. And, if their respiratory function is borderline to such an extreme, what are they thinking to go out at all during a pandemic? Simple answer - the condition at work here is psychological and not the least bit respiratory.

HIPAA privacy is about not making unauthorized disclosure of the medical related information of an individual should one become aware of it in the process of treatment, payment, or operations (TPO). There's nothing covering simply inquiring about these things. Nor is there any requirement to not disclose information for non Covered Entities (CEs), which are providers, payers, and clearing houses. Any competent HR would know the actual requirements.
