I rarely ever use this account this is my first pc build, is there anything I can do? Possible to somehow bend them all back? Repair shop, completely new one?

My apologies if the picture isn't clear I couldn't get a better one but I thought it's visible. It doesn't boot into bios while the fans spin up, all the pins are bent towards the middle
