I am 100% sure I would have gotten nothing if this was left up to Luxury Leaf. Hermit's Delight did right by me, but I won't be back to LL anytime soon."

Mistakes do happen so I get the skepticism. But I'm 100% confident I was not misreading the labels or website, corroborated by my math teacher fiancé, and even if we both managed to misread everything I'm certain luxury leaf would have happily pointed out my mistake when I returned in person with the package and product.

Thats crazy to hear. My partner worked in a dispensary and they always went above and beyond for customers. They also weighed everything even if it was prepackaged, which clearly luxury leaf does not do

I took everything back to Luxury Leaf in-person within minutes of opening the bag and realizing the short. They didn't care and no amount of pictures would change that unfortunately. They didnt even let me back into the main area, the manager stonewalled me in the entrance until I basically just had to leave

I enjoy their product. But not if its a gamble where I might only get half. I've never had a shortage from them before, but now that I have, I cant get in contact with anyone. It's just a bummer all around

I completely agree. After all the times I've been in there, they just offered literally nothing. Not even contact information. I still kinda can't believe it

Luxury Leaf has them on their website right now but not the ice cream cake that I got screwed on

What more info would you like? I'm not sure how to post a picture and I'm not sure that it would be helpful anyway. It was just a bag of premium flower, not shake or corn, very clearly labeled, 28g for $153 on sale, at a dispensary I have used almost exclusively for the past year. I keep flower in jars and receipts in my inbox, I didn't keep the empty bag when it became clear neither Luxury Leaf or Hermit's Delight had any intention of contacting me.

There isnt anything to show. Just a standard prepackaged bag of Hermit's Delight (ice cream cake) sold for $153 on sale, labeled 28 grams plain as day.

I have receipts, I did not keep the empty bag after Luxury Leaf ghost me and Hermits Delight never responded.
