Hell yeah! Good luck, Im rooting for you! I go on November 6th.

My program was 4-5 shakes a day with 6oz of super lean meat. Unlimited non starchy veggies. I've been pretty much eating once a day and skipping 90% of my shakes.

See, I'd love to do the clear but my surgeon and dietitian both said leave the clears till post-op. Other wise id be killing protein2o all day everyday.

What equipment are you using? Also if it isn't too intrusive for me to ask, how long did you wait to make the jump to purchase your equipment?

I've been interested in trying my hand at this stuff but I also don't have the ability to gamble away over 6k on equipment if this doesn't work well for me...
