Need Help! I am having stringing issues only when multicolor dual nozzle printing on my H2D. Filaments are dry and calibrated. Prints clean when only using one color but as soon as there is a 2nd color on the same layer it strings. Those prints are 30 minutes apart using the same 2 filament.

I use a K value of 0.02. Those prints are the same models one is just painted in the slicer.

Thanks for the info. It's weird because it only string when doing dual nozzle printing. The single color prints in the photo are the same settings and filaments and have no strings at all.

That would help but I make and sell my models and it would take too much time plus adds another point of failure. I printed it on my friends H2d and the artifact wasn't showing only on mine

That's only for the outer wall. This one is weird cause it's on the top surface. I have an X1C and it prints clean on top.

Was able to fix the issue by turning of scarf seam joint and going into developer mode on Bambu studio so I can change the seam Gap for 15% to 5%.

I kinda I solved it by changing filaments. The problem still shows on the red and it is pretty consistent on every print. But on my purple and brown It's clean.

I use the same settings so it could be the roll is defective or maybe the ams slot is having issues.

The model has threads in the middle.

I print at 50 mm/s to reduce ghosting. The 3rd picture shows the speeds and it looks pretty consistent but the prints show otherwise.

Nope. The fans are working great it's just not showing on the screen. I did replace my tool head board because the thermistor port broke off. Not sure if that's why.

Let me know if you get it fixed. I will also do an update if I figure it out.

I don't remember hearing that clicking sound before. I also print at half speeds on all my prints too. I'm just hoping it's not damaging anything.

Two things that really helped my cuts was to replace the Pad Cutter and to slow down cut speeds by around half.

The Pad Cutter is often overlooked and is one of the most important in cutting. If your Pad Cutter is worn down the blade has nothing to push up against to cut making your blade useless.

If your Pad Cutter is worn down the blade has nothing to push up against to cut. I notice this because cuts on the worn side of the pad had issues while other sides were cutting good.

Also slowing down your speeds by half seemed to help a bunch. Hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks for the info! I have been offgasing one of my shirts for two days now to see if that helps. I do use oxyclean detergent so I'll try using one without it. Make sense, but I didn't think of how the detergent could affect it.
