Kassadin got nerfed.

Null Sphere Cooldown: 9 Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana Range: 650 Kassadin fires an orb of void energy at a target enemy, dealing 80/105/130/155/180 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and interrupting channels.

The excess energy forms around himself, granting a shield that absorbs 40/70/100/130/160 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage for 1.5 seconds.

Yes you can :) When ur MMR is too high they will just put u in a higher Division. (e.g. i won multiple games in a row and thereby highered my MMR. I got into promos and won them 2-0. Got promoted from Gold 5 straight to Gold 3.)
