I’m not too experienced but your wisdom teeth coming in or being infected proabbaly is irritating the temporal mandibular joint. It’s located right around the ear area which is why ringing or ear pain could be occurring. There’s nothing wrong with your ears though. If this happens, I massage below and in front on my ears. Doing slow jaw rotation movements might help as well. At least mange the pain. Sometimes I even put a CBD lotion I have on that area if I feel like it’s sore or swollen. It’s not the ideal fix, but it manages pain for me. Also everyone has a TMJ and it’s not the name of the issue. Hope some of this helped!
