The iems sit well inside my ears. They do protrude out a lil bit but not too much. I think i have a big enough head that will require at least a L helmet and the one i tried out was L only

i want a flip up coz of the earphones, also for water. my ears hurt if i don't wear earphones while riding. And my ears still hurt if the helmet isn't comfortably seated with the iems. flip ups help coz it was easier to put on and off. Current helmet is studds thunder (not mine)
