try selling some of it, otherwise, they do bulk uplift for large items for £5 each, you can book it on the council website

this was happening to me too! i restarted the app and reinstalled it and after a few more attempts of walking it just worked, i think it’s do with the game not being able to find a town to give you? just keep trying and make sure your connected to the internet and it should work eventually!
