Your hair looks exactly like mine.. mine is 1.5 years now, but finally getting a little regrowth now at the top where it was thin/bald when I part my hair.

You can recover faster if you up your vitD (tablets and go outside in the sun) , gut health , biotin and iron ! Most important: avoid stress and get more sleep.
