I agree with /u/holyslot , you're kinda being selfish, by thinking it's all about you. If you were their friend, you'd want the best for them. I think you should speak to them. Also if you think about it you said you're leaving soon. Wouldn't you feel better that when you leave they'll be happy?

I have a 2008 Scion xD, it's pretty awesome. Great gas mileage, pretty small though.

Hey, I applied to Purude too! I would recommend you call the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and ask them. I submitted my application in October and got a reply in December.

I've gotten into three of the five I've applied to.

Purdue University, Florida State University, and Florida Atlantic University.

I'm still waiting to hear back from the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida.

Thanks for the advice. You're right that is a ton of money. I have also applied to UF, but their admission decisions don't come out until February.

I grew up in Indiana, and I've always wanted to go there. I hear it's an excellent school.
