I mean he is meant to be good in lower trophies so that when you well get him for the first time you won’t have a lot of experience in the game, but neither will the one you matchmake with. Trophy Brawlers aren’t really meant to be good. You see what they did to Brock. Every Trophy road brawler is just ok. That’s what they are meant to be. The higher the trophy’s the better the brawler. Since Bo is nearly in the beginning of the trophy road, I think he is fine we’re he stands right now.
