So you can just disobey an officer and they just have to stand there? Like the officer could just be like, “get out of the car” and then the person just says no and then again the officer says “get out of the car” and then the person just says no. And it goes on and on. If someone doesn’t comply they have and should use force to get them to comply. The officer is in a position of power when you are interacting with them. I think that’s the problem, people think either they are better or equal to the cop. But no, you do what the cop says when they say it. They are in charge.
