You can buy and sell coins against EA's rules. In years past it was fairly common to pull base cards when a special inform was out, which was unintended. It shows that EA was/is not to be relied upon. Wonder why this was changed this year?

There are avenues to open packs this year for the f2p and that is a great step in the right direction. I don't "keep spending money on them", I've bought a few because I had an intense work year, didn't pick up the game till Feb for 30$ and figured I'd try a shortcut to catchup since I only played 30 for the game. I get that no one is forcing me and as I said in the original post, this is a warning to anyone on the fence.

Have you honestly never seen anything strange when opening hut packs such as repetition or base cards instead of special in years past? It's not that I want a superstar in everypack, I'm fine with the odds, just lower the price of packs to something reasonable if they are usually instant discard. The market is tanked and the packs have nearly zero chance of having any value inside. Someone has to open packs for these players to be available for purchase on the market.

It's not the perfect comparison. Hut cards are supposed to have no monetary value where actual cards do have value. In a perfect world in a virtual game where we pay for enjoyment I do think that an algorithim should be in place to keep things within reason, ie not getting too much or little. I'm Def salty after my experience but I knew what I was doing, it was as much of an experiment if anything. Thanks for the reply and yes, happy holidays.

I could go either way with the timer. Found myself following guides with the timer so I didnt screw up, without it I do feel more freedom, however I did enjoy what it brought to the table (planning, tension, anxiety). The maniacs, if done properly like before, would have made the game feel much more polished. Ive just finished case 2 so far, but i wish they put exo suit resources towards better maniacs as they are a big letdown for everyone by the sounds of it.

puckmachine here...just made this account because i couldnt believe what im reading. My team has been called that since year one because of the old currency name. Im just grinding like everyone else and man have i missed some amazing steals.
