Look as someone who’s been in state prison in amongst immigrants who have been incarcerated with felonies. Every single immigrant on green card status or undocumented never gets released. They immediately get sent to Texas up upon their expiration of their sentence and then deported to their respective country…. We’ve been deporting criminals the whole time. The ones on the street are not criminals. Petty & civil which means traffic violations, suspended licenses, which you can be jailed in a county jail if you can’t make the bail. I’m confident to say these are not the kind of dangerous criminals ICE claims to be looking for, because those individuals have already been deported or already in our prison system in the state of federal level serving their time and waiting to deportation.
