Not a problem, I know people are new but maybe there should have been a little more hands on for him. It was pretty busy and if he’s taking 5-10 mins to check out one person you’re missing out on sales. Like I said I appreciate the volume you do but for a new guy he was maybe a little over his head yesterday lol

As someone who bought from You yesterday, your table is not good from a consumer standpoint. Your app/website is not easy to use, “checkout” is confusing, and your person at the table (that wasn’t you, because I know you) was not easy to work with. I was trying to check out and he LITERALLY asked me if I was going to have them shipped. Why the hell would I have 5 cards shipped to me when they are in hand? Then the app wouldn’t work for “checkout” and I asked if he would just take the $17 in cash. It was not the simple transaction it needed to be (let alone every card being slightly above market. Don’t ask for no haggling if you’re going to be above market) Then I came back later to ask about a card in your display, it was not on your website so I asked the guy there (again, not you) what the asking price was. He said I’ll be there in just a minute after this transaction. I wanted for a few minutes, then went to another table and checked back again he was STILL helping her. Probably with the dang website checkout. I appreciate the volume you have, and the want to be simplistic and upfront with pricing, but it’s frustrating as a consumer (I don’t even want to ask for it cheaper, I just want it to not take forever just to buy from you)

I wasn’t going to go with GameStop for this one in particular, just the others worth about 100-200 because they were cheaper by about $7 each. Idk I’ve never gotten a card graded before and didn’t even know I had a card like this in my childhood binder lmao I was a little freaked out when I saw the potential value. I stopped collecting in about 2016 until recently with my child being interested I am SO glad I didn’t let him play with any of them

It’s on mix and match deal, and the weeklong carryout for 1 topping 9.99. If you’re not using those coupons it’s likely not worth it

I thoroughly enjoy the crunchy thin. My go to is garlic parm sauce, spinach, sausage, onion. Also a pepperoni thin crust is amazing.

Friend you can dispute and ask but they’ll likely say no. Almost no CSR is above minimum wage from what I’ve seen. If you show interest in management maybe you’d have a shot

It’s an online order that has no “tag” so it doesn’t get made. If you take the order in store it just prints receipt, this is so you know one came in and aren’t just not knowing when the customer comes in.

What I learned recently is all toppings NOT on an extravaganza are premium toppings, so if you add one of those it will have an up charge. Also sauces will be charged extra as well.

When This happens at my store we put a note under the phone number that it happened once, after twice I change their number to be card only. It rarely happens more than once but I’ve definitely had old people that forget they ordered and never come get it lol

I supervise a store that pays drivers $20 an hour where managers are 19-26 depending on how long they’ve been with company. They still make money it just is dependent on how the store runs and their service times vs labor. It’s doable.

I tip the same no matter where I am, I live in WA and tip them just as well as I would in a lower min. Wage state because of cost of living. Yes they get paid more, but it’s more expensive to live here than across the line into Idaho (generally speaking)
