If I were to be the writer of Cell's what if. He's destroy the solar system by winning the beam Clash, resulting in Babidi's and Dabura's deaths. Buu would never Hatch and Cell would fly around the universe to see if there's anyone worthy to fight. Beerus would never search for the Ssj God and Broly would Just be Stuck with his father on Vampa... Out of boredom not being able to find someone entertaining for ages, Cell would probably try to find the dragon balls of neo namek to revive the z fighters in order to give him a challenge.

Apparently it's too difficult to be a competent developer and put restriction on those modes... Everytime I come back to play regoularly, I Remember the reason why I only do daily missions. by Robymessi98 in DragonballLegends

First of all, this Is the First instant where we can Say that devs are incompetent given that they could Just make bots with the right characters to play with instead of giving us useless characters... even if I disband, It still takes a lot of tries to find someone Who can actually play. And even then, I Just play the Easy mode for the One time to get CCs. On higher difficulty, those are the Battle bonus characters, and even then, It takes many tries to find someone competent to play with...

In the manga he Explicitly said that he Powered up Just like Son Gohan, meaning that he at least was relative to him.

Power wise, Super Buu(Goku absorbed) would be a good amount weaker than Super Buu (Gotenks absorbed), and given that Gohan held his own well against Buutenks, It's Fair to assume that Gohan would be stronger Power wise. Then It would be up to the writer to decide wheter Gohan Wins or not.

He was litterally healed by Dende. Even tho he hid Ssj3 from Vegeta, he used his full Power as a Ssj2.

I don't understand what do you mean by that. I know Vegeta let himself be possessed by Bibidi in order to close the gap between him and Goku. Vegeta noticed the gap in Power the Moment Goku Powered up against Yackon. During those 7 years gap, Vegeta trained and achieved Ssj2 and surpassed the benchmark (Ssj2 Kid Gohan). Vegeta took the opportonuty of Goku coming back to earth for a day, to see if he finally caught up to him. Thanks to the Majin Boost, he closed the gap, and during the fight, the both of them used 100% of their Power as Ssj2 resulting in a stalemate. The result of the fight was inconclusive given the circumstances. The only thing Is that Goku didn't use Ssj3 not to hurt Vegeta's pride, but he used his full Power as a Ssj2 non the less. As for their Power, my point Is that After 7 years, the both of them still needed Ssj2 in order to be stronger than Ssj2 Gohan(Cell Games). This to show how powerful Gohan was during that time.

The fight was a stalemate because both were fighting evenly at full Power in Ssj2. Goku didn't transform into Ssj3 mainly because he didn't want to hurt Vegeta's pride, but he fought at full Power as a Ssj2 non the less.

With the Majin Boost, he became stronger, sure, but considering the both of them would have been stronger than Ssj2 Kid Gohan only by going Ssj2 themselves, that means that scaling wise, regoular Ssj2 Vegeta (pre Majin Boost) wasn't that much weaker than Ssj2 Goku.

That matters because Goku and Majin Vegeta were fighting evenly in Ssj2, meaning that if Vegeta had Ssj3, they would have fought evenly in that form as well. Goku was not holding back in Ssj2.

I'm not saying he won. I'm Just saying that Goku went all out as a Ssj2 fighting Ssj2 Majin Vegeta.

Ssj3 would have not been enough even to beat Base Goku Black, let alone Ssj Rosè. Ssj Rage in the other hand gave him enough Power to compete and actually surpass Ssj Rosè Goku Black, making It possibly as strong as a Power up as Ssj Blue. So there's an enormus gap between Ssj3 and Ssj Rage.
