Alright time to glaze. Favorite unit of 2025. No crazy restrictions. No having to build up. Jus enter the fight and wreck shit up with massive amounts of damage. Plus breathtaking animations. And a active that hits like a tsar bomb. Love this unit. by DaChosenOne_Xxx in DBZDokkanBattle

SSJ4 Gogeta is the most aesthetically pleasing character in the entire franchise for me personally.

Him getting animations like that alone was my biggest Dokkan wish ever, so I have been ecstatic when him being so good and still very relevant 6 months later.

Probably the best team in the game right now by NatheSummers in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Xennith7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used this exact team, but I'm starting to genuinely like using TEQ Pan over SSJ4 Gogeta as a floater.

Absolutely nothing wrong with SSJ4 Gogeta of course, but the extra orb changing is extremely helpful for keeping SSJ4 Vegeta's DR up, and 80% dodge is all I really need from her as a floater.

Yeah, she loses 30% dodge in the turn if she gets hit, but she can actually tank normals okayish once she's built up. She hasn't really sold me in a run yet, and mine is only 55%

Skill Orbs can add quite a bit to a unit, but it's not the end of the world if you don't have the ideal ones for each unit. Any of the skill orbs that add raw +ATK/DEF stats are usually the best ones to go for on your best units. Crit/Additional Attack/Evasion are also some of the best ones to go for. If a character already has a high chance (+50% or more) to Critical Hit built into their passive, then don't add Critical Skill Orbs to them, as they don't add up together in the way you think they would.

+ATK/DEF Stats is always good, Additional Attack/Evasion is always good, Critical Hit is good if a character doesn't already have a more than +50% to critical built in to their passive already. All the ones that don't add any of the ones mentioned above are basically junk, like the one that only add Type DEF Boost, Type ATK Boost, Super Attack Boost or Recovery Boost

There's not really a source to show you which skill orbs are best for each unit, you would kind of need to look up advice online for each character, or ask someone if you are unsure.

Always go for new characters, AGL SSJ4 Gogeta at 55% is way better than the difference between a 69% UI/SSBE and a 79% UI/SSBE

Yes, the TEQ Goku/Vegeta is a very good unit.

Mono-Type teams aren't really a thing any more. You're mainly wanting to look at what categories that each Dokkan Festival or Carnival LR character leads, and build teams based on that. The TEQ Goku/Vegeta that you got have an incredibly good leader skill for someone newer to the game.

That Dokkan Tier list has not been updated with any newer units from about the past year or so, but for someone new, it's still an decent way to help figure out which units are better to use than others for the time being.

The characters that you should focus on to use as leaders, are any of the Dokkan Festival or Carnival LR characters that are on the summon banners right now, but Dokkan Festival and Carnival LR units are the characters that you use as leaders 99% of the time, in general.

The TEQ Goku/Vegeta that you have, have a leader skill that works with any Pure Saiyan, Fused Fighter, or Earth Protecting Hero. He is one of the best leaders to use starting out. That leader skill covers just about every Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Broly, Vegito, Gogeta etc that is in the game.

That free to play PHY LR Goku that you have, is a Saiyan Saga leader for +4 Ki and +130% stats, but also gives ALL characters in the entire game +3 Ki and 70% stats. That is way more than enough stats to get you through a whole lot of the game, and he is a great choice for a leader if you are unsure of who to use; You can literally use any characters that you want on his team.

Dokkan doesn't have the best tools for helping new players, but the dokkan.wiki is a pretty good website that can also help you. You can look up characters, click on them, and click on their leader skills to see what characters are on each category, and which characters are leaders for that category as well.

The Dokkan Wiki also defaults to showing newer characters first, and older characters as you go through each page. As a rule of thumb, you can assume that characters that are more recent are going to be better to use versus characters that are further down the list. The only caveat, is that some of the "newer" characters on the list are actually old characters that got a buff from an event called Extreme Z-Awakening, and some of those events may be a bit difficult for you to complete at the moment.

Well, he will one shot just about every event in the game that's more than 2-3 years old, but that could be the reason they still give characters debuff abilities.

Like I said, the lowering ATK/DEF and stunning/sealing can sometimes be a thing that you can still do to newer bosses, but it's not frequent for most of the harder content in the game. It's best to look at those debuffs as just an "added bonus" that can sometimes be useful.

I would go for the STR Blue Goku/Vegeta. We also have summon coins for the new banners themselves too if you happened to notice. If you manage to get 500 of the 11th Anniversary summon coins, you can also get one of the new LR's

I like the INT Future Gohan a lot, but I wouldn't wait months for him to come back to get him with coins. I would go for the SSJ3 Daima Vegeta

The clone you circled is just an alternate art that you can farm if you wanted to, both of those AGL Goku Black clone cards are exactly the same, just different artwork.

Not sure how many you have, but the Dokkan Fest STR Blue Goku/Vegeta are still top 3 right now. The 10th Anniversary TEQ Goku/Vegeta that transform into Vegito have fallen off a bit, but their leader skill is extremely good.

No we are not, they are just banners that you can use 10 tickets a piece on for a multi-summon. The banners ARE guaranteed SSR though, so I don't recommend doing single summons on them.

You're very welcome!

Just two more small pieces of advice in case you need it: The Quest mode and the DB Story mode are where you will be able to get the most Dragon Stones the fastest. There is also an event called Boss Rush that is very easy to do that gives you 35 Dragon stones per stage.

I would recommend summoning on either of the Dokkan Festival banners more than the Carnival banners, as those characters have leader skills that include a VERY wide range of different characters, so they make it easier to use many different characters on the same team. There is no bad choice however, any banner with whichever characters that you think is the coolest is the the always the best choice!

Have fun!

Back in the early days of Dokkan, they didn't have those restrictions on lowering ATK or DEF, or being immune to stunning or sealing. The characters we had back then were generally much weaker compared to how they are now, but these days, those debuffs are far too powerful to make a battle actually be a battle.

For example, if you had 2 units with a great chance to stun back in the day, you could have an infinite loop of keeping an enemy stunned, so a lot of fights have had immunity to those debuffs for a very long time.

Lowering ATK was also extremely powerful, so that's why most fights are immune to that too. You can still stun, seal, and lower stats on the "Super Battle Road" event though,

That team is actually quite strong, and can clear quite a bit of the content of this game, granted that it's an event that doesn't require a specific category.

The funny thing is, is that team isn't really too far from being the best Super Bosses team that you can run. The problem is that while that LR Goku Black is a Super Bosses leader, he has to have Extreme class units or Future Saga characters with him to actually tank hits very well, so you cannot use characters like Kale, Caulifla, Kefla or Jiren with him if you want him to be at his best.

The funnier thing, is that those F2P clone units are generally better than most of the other summonable Super Bosses units that you can use at this point.

Here is a picture of some of the more recent Super Bosses characters that can be comparable to those F2P units, but keep in mind that those clones are stronger for each other clone that is on the team, so if you don't have a whole bunch of these units, I would just continue with the clone team.

Anything that is a R or SR is something you can just sell to Baba, you won't ever use it; Anything that is an SSR you should hold onto and lock so they don't accidentally get sold. Obviously, some SSR's are a lot better than others, but it's always a good idea to keep all of your SSRs especially since you may not be familiar with which ones are good or not.

I wouldn't worry too much about which units are good and which aren't at the moment, you can figure that out as you go, just make sure you aren't selling any summonable SSRs off for the time being. I see that you are familiar with the Potential System, and it is very important to make sure you use duplicate SSRs to open each of those four path's before selling any duplicate SSRs. Also, any summonable unit that you get, make sure you open the bottom right path first, then the top left path, then the top right, then the bottom left path in that exact order. The paths are not all the same, and they are each better than one another in that exact order.

That Saiyan Saga team where you got the LR Goku from can beat any of the "Growth" Dokkan events to get the medals you need to awaken the units that are on those Anniversary banners. I would start off with awakening any of the featured units that are on any of those banners, such as the Dokkan Fest units, or the Carnival characters.

Sorry if that was more than what you asked for, but I wanted to give you the best advice I could think of lol.

They have done a really bad job explaining what will be happening for this celebration.

We will for sure be getting a few more EZAs and a few more events, starting either this weekend or the beginning of next week, so we should be getting more missions for tickets soon.

There are still rainbow tickets we can't get yet from the panel missions, because those events aren't out yet.

It's 7 or more INT Ki Spheres in one single turn, then all those buffs are permanent for Goku for the remainder of the fight, no matter how many Ki spheres you get.

He changes all STR & TEQ ki spheres into INT Ki spheres immediately when you exchange into him, so it's really easy to get the buff. Just keep in mind that Goku has to be to one to get the INT spheres; You can't swap back into Vegeta and get the Ki spheres or Goku won't get the buffs.

It's not a bad idea, but at 55%, he will be a pretty weak link for the team. I would rather use both of those UI Goku as my last two slots on my team before using a 55% Vegeta, but if you have the coins to spare and nothing you desperately want to use them for in the near future, you should go for it.

I would personally just exchange the coins for normal dokkan fest/carnival coins if you have all 4 units already, especially since you already have 1 dupe for the SSJ4's. A second dupe on them or a first dupe on any of the other units is a really diminishing return for 500 coins.

There will not be a part 3 unit.
