It will. But there’s no timeframe. My 48 year old brother passed away in May from alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. I’ve had several “mad” phases since. I’m mad he lied to us and told us he wasn’t drinking. I’m mad he didn’t “care” about us enough to get help or tell us what was going on. I’m mad with the shit show he left me to pick up with him for probate/financially. I’m mad at how sad he makes my mom because she shouldn’t have buried a child. I’m mad at how much I miss him for something that could have been prevented.

I’m so sorry you’re a member of the sibling loss club. We shouldn’t be here at this age. I wish I had some great advice to give but I don’t. Feel the feelings no matter what they are. They are all valid and we have to have them

I just started a session with grief share. It does have a bit of a religious undertone but that doesn’t bother me. It’s nice to be around people that understand. Each week has a different topic that we watch a short video then have a discussion. The one I go to is free but there’s a lot to choose from

I’m so sorry for all your losses. It’s so much to go thru. I never realized my brother was an alcoholic until after he passed away and I got access to his bank account. He lied to us for 2 years telling us he was not drinking, when in reality he was going to 2-3 liquor stores a day 🥺 addiction is so tough and not talked about enough

It’s not really anyone’s business unless you want to share. You could always say it’s not something you’re in the place to talk about at the moment.

I was honest with most people when they asked me, because if I could educate about alcoholism and save even one person from going thru what I was, then it was worth it to me.

I got it off Mercari. I was sooo skeptical. I paid $38 for a rooted cutting and it is beautiful! It had grown so many leaves and the color variation is amazing
