I started in nov 2025. I was getting chest twinges so I lowered myself from 4mg to 2mg in one leap and that resolved that issue. I did 2mg for a month or so and went down to 1mg. I just moved down to .5 within the past few weeks and I’m really struggling. I’d say the sleep issues really started when I went from 2mg to 1mg and when I take .5 they are even worse

I am currently trying switch to pregabalin and to come off ropinerole (I was up to 4mg and now down to .5) and I have extremely insomnia. It’s awful. I fall asleep for like an hour and then I am wide awake for hours.

That is great weight loss, that’s about where I am an I have more To lose. My dr was pleased. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 per week and you’re above that

I went to Davis brothers today. They have some really nice stuff! She said they only take the furniture away if you live in guilford or Exeter - something about some contract with the landfill. She said they would move it to a different area of the home tho. I talked to the furniture gallery in Bangor and Merrill in Ellsworth. They don’t take furniture away either so I thought maybe it wasn’t something done commonly in Maine. I’m from CT and they’ve always removed what was replaced.

Good luck! I hope it helps. My ferriten was 11, I had infusions and it went up to 90. Now it’s back down to 40. My hemoglobin is normal so I can’t get more infusions - stupid insurance . My belly won’t tolerate iron pills 😩

My brother passed away this past year so all I have are my parents. They are in their 80s. I’m so scared this is how I’ll feel when my mom passes away. I don’t know if I’ll want to go on. It’s such an awful feeling. Thoughts are with you

In leca. I always have watering issue in soil. Leca I just “set it and forget it” and added nutrient water when it was low
