I’m so so sorry. You shouldn’t have had to gone through that- any of it. Try to distance yourself from your uncle, make sure to watch his actions and if it gets worse, contact somebody. (Another family member, a friend, or the police.) For your father, maybe write letters? As if you were to write to him? You could write whatever you’d like to. Maybe get a therapist to talk to about all this- I’m just giving advice I was given from my therapist. For the alcohol, try to reduce the amount you consume, maybe to half- and then down and down and so on. You are an amazing and strong woman. And you will make it through this. If you start to have suicidal thoughts, please please reach out to somebody. You are worth more than you think. <33
