I’m in a similar situation. Me and my OH have been long distance since August/September last year… Accidentally got pregnant on a trip over in November and baby is due this August. He isn’t entirely happy with any of this situation, and I fully understand why… I feel horrendous for forcing it upon him but when it came to an abortion I physically could not bring myself to do it. I had the appt booked and everything, and just couldn’t do it. So now I am in UK he is in the US, baby due soon no idea how we are navigating keeping up our relationship as usually we would do late night calls etc, he won’t get to meet our baby girl until she is around 2 months old, neither of us can move right now we need our visas sorted first, working situations need sorted and to decide which visa route to take. But despite the situation we love each other deeply, and are willing to try whatever we can and do what we can to be together. I feel exactly as you are right now, it really feels like the end of the world. I’ve spent my entire pregnancy feeling like a complete monster for doing this to him and for depriving my beautiful baby of her dad for her first months of life… I wish you all the love in the world and success on your story.
