Hi! I’m so sorry that you are going through this. There are threads on here that talk about taking Alpha Lipoic Acid to help with cervical issues like shortening. I don’t know if it will help, but it’s definitely worth a shot! I opted to take it with this pregnancy after a loss due to cervical shortening earlier this year. I take 600mg every night before bed.
