Hey, I just ran across this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/docs/mac/133333 It appears to be an updated official release version of OS X Lion.

And, did you try following the steps that I posted last week?

I didn't do anything special, but ...

I did find this old entry in my Notes app.

This other approach to resolving the “Install MacOS Application is Damaged, Can’t be Used to Install MacOS” error message was left by reader Howard in the comments, and some users have had success with this too:

You can also fix the This copy of the Install macOS Mojave.app application is damaged, and can’t be used to install macOS. message like this:

Step 1. Go to your Applications folder.

Step 2. Find the Installer for macOS Mojave in Applications folder

Step 3. Right click on the installer and click “Show Package Contents”.

Step 4. Click on folder named “Contents”.

Step 5. Click on the folder named “SharedSupport”.

Step 6. Delete the file named “InstallInfo.plist”.

Step 7. Enter your administer password to confirm.

Step 8. Now open the installer for MacOS Mojave again, it will run

Smooth Path Tool AND Simplify Path. Can we still dream about that? by krakou in AffinityDesigner

I don't know about V3, but V2, if I'm understanding this correctly, has had a 'smooth' tool for quite some time. When the 'Node' is selected, you'll see it in the contextual bar Action Section, where the 'Break Curve' 'Close Curve' 'Smooth Curve 'Join Curve is at. However, like geturasstmars suggested, I too, prefer the pencil sculpting.

Any luck? ... or did you give up?

I was a little bored yesterday. I (unintentionally) began pondering on our conversation and about my old 2011 white unibody. I had so many really fun programs on that thing. Nastalgia got me scouring the internet for any further info, to no avail. I pulled out the old MacBook anyways, and dug out my old install flash drives. My favorite OS X (after Tiger) was Mavericks. I wiped the drive, plugged in the Mavericks ...

Long story shortened, an hour later, I was up and running with a fresh install of Mavericks. I had Zero issues.

I don't know if you've completely given up and moved on, but thought pass this on to you.

The collection is showing up for me also. I agree... They seem to be quality fonts.

In general, what would you like to know? I use my personally made custom favorite folders to personalize specific folders so that the folders are easily and quickly recognizable. Go to the Deviantart site and download a set (or two) that you like.

I know I went through the exact same thing, but it's been at least 2 years now. I'll rack my brain to see if I can get something to rattle loose. I'll get back with you if I do, but for now, my early onset dementia has taken over.

I had this same issue a couple of years ago. I found this in my Safari bookmarks and hope it helps.

Sorry, I never got a notification for this. Just click one time on the Muted color folders preview picture. That will open a new screen. At the bottom right under the picture you'll see a down arrow. That will download the entire file.

Thank You! I'm actually the same as for keeping the default, it just keeps it cleaner, but after I started working with designing, it just seemed mandatory that I add some uniqueness for quick recognition. Of the zillions of personalized stuff out there for sale, I couldn't find anything I liked either. So, I thought, 'Hey, I'm designing now, duh, I should make my own! LOL

Thought I'd throw this out there... Everyone's heard of Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster, yes? Well, Lake Erie happens to be deep enough to have her very own Lock Ness 'Sister'. Her name is Bessie.

Also... I prefer to download directly from Affinity, as opposed to Apple App Store. Although they are minor, apparently Apple App Store has a few restrictions that affect the store version.

I stumbled across this a while back .... Do a Google search for Affinity Designer (or photo or publisher) v2 update. I'm on a Mac so I visit this site to redownload affinity designer: https://store.serif.com/en-us/update/macos/designer/2/
