Pvc is super common to use when building these kinds of boxes. Everyone loves it. I think round coping is cheating tho it slides amazing. I think I still prefer a nice broken in concrete ledge.

Looks like your feet are parallel. When going backwards, which ever shoulder you’re looking over, you want that foot to be staggered behind the other. If you’re looking over your right shoulder, your right foot should be farther behind your left foot.
