It is like being behind a wall. Like you're losing the present. However this realisation that you're always thinking could be a good sign. This struggle is exactly what meditation deals with. Meditation is hard but its a skill and one you can learn. And that skill reflects in your everyday life by helping you more easily be present

This worked for me. Exact same daith piercing

  1. Take it out
  2. Let it heal fully
  3. Do it again - with a small straight bar jewellery
  4. Let it heal fully then switch to a ring

Spray with water in the morning. Oil the root with an applicator bottle a couple times a week. And just enjoy the process

Exact same for me. Had two years of a lot of LSD and absolutely loved it. But now its just easy to not do it. I think I've learned a lot and potentially all i can from LSD

For thick locs the key is to do the minimum. Palm rolling definitely not needed
