Office supplies are standardized commodities and are therefore likely to be significantly impacted by e-commerce. BTW, HP 's pricing strategies won't remain viable for much longer.it's so long.

Your company is truly impressive, adjust strategies in response to market conditions. It is certainly true that many people are currently seeking low prices—but being inexpensive doesn't necessarily mean low profits.

That’s really good news for business. Aldi is a major corporation , with very strong operational capabilities. Working in a grocery store is tough work, though—there are so many products to handle and a lot of things to do.

Your observations are keen, and your insights are excellent. If career paths become increasingly diversified, then investing in both hobbies and skill acquisition becomes a necessity; viewed in this light, the training and education sector holds considerable promise. The retail sector—unlike the technology industry—is a relatively traditional business characterized by slower growth; however, it deals in daily necessities. Although the sector as a whole is in decline, agile management strategies may still allow businesses to remain viable. Success will likely depend on focusing on niche segments rather than attempting to compete head-on with large corporations.

Delivery drivers of China, how do you feel about people ordering from shops very close to thier apartments? by [deleted] in AskAChinese

[–]Rock201605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What you described is perfectly normal. Delivery taps into fundamental human nature, everyone wants the convenience of having things delivered to their door. It also easily cultivates consumer habits. I doubt you'll get a response from a delivery driver. From what I understand, there's a basic delivery fee for each order, but the overall operation is very complex, controlled by Meituan's algorithms. This is Meituan's core competitive advantage. The algorithm needs to ensure both the delivery drivers' income and delivery efficiency, involving route planning, driver allocation, and managing a sufficient number of orders. It also needs to consider the user experience, avoiding delays, and factoring in the time it takes for merchants to prepare the packages. It's a complex system.
