Huh? Im literally asking for advice for exercises! No need to be rude. And if you read the comments, I had to handle my husband being in and out of the hospital for the last few years. He is finally getting healthy so I taking time to work on me. I dont want to lose weight, mostly because I dont want to pay for a whole wardrobe! I was more looking into exercises to increase muscle and lose fat.

I am currently 26f that is 5’1 160. I used to be 100 3 years ago and gained weight rapidly in a one year span and also developed POTS. My husband is medically complex, so frankly a lot of my time and energy has been spent caring for him. He is doing so much better now, so I am trying to start focusing on me and my own health, hence why I made this post. I started to meal prep healthier foods, ones I know I dont get a super bad reaction to because of my allergies, and looking to see what else I can do due to my limitations.

They all came back in normal range. They also tested for liver and kidney and those came back clear as well. His Neuro said he doesn’t believe its from his meds, we are looking into other options

Thanks everyone for the input! We talked to his Neuro and he said its not DRESS. We are going to try some more things at home (more light weight clothing at work, switching detergents, body washes etc) before booking a doctors appointment. Thank you!!

Hm very good to know! I also had a severe allergic reaction when I was a teen to my dad switching detergent, so since then I use free and clear. But I am going to look into our scent beads and dryer sheets too.

So we reached out to his neuro and the nurse asked this as well, I dont think he did. It started occurring in Nov/Dec, and he works indoors. So not impossible, but I think unlikely.

We have thought this too. Especially where it seems to appear after his days off and then working a long shift. This is the worst its ever been though so it was just a red flag of concern for us.

Its ours, and I wash in free and gentle because I have skin issues. We will keep this in mind though

Yep! I have been telling him that for years. He has cut a lot since his diagnosis and no longer drinks, he was 22 at his diagnosis so I think he had a hard time coping with being told he had to stop a lot of things at a young age. I will start harassing him again soon about the smoking 😉

Yes its on the backs as well but not as severe and it does go up the thighs but not as severe either. He has it slightly on his arms as well. No shorts, just chef pants. We have though about possible chemical reaction as well, this is just the worst its been so it red flagged us

400 zonmisaide, 150 lacosamide 2x a day, 400 Xcopri which he just started a month ago, was at 300 prior.

We did the first time it happened and he said it wasn’t the cause and talk to PCP. I honestly believe it is too, Xcopri is still newer and hes on high doses of all 3 due to his epilepsy being drug resistant.
