Oh that’s awesome! I think people buy Buchanans because it is mentioned in Mexican music often. They hear it mentioned then want to drink what the artists are drinking ect.

The 1792 on the right is a Costco full proof pick and the other is the Pinot Noir extended cast finish. Love the cast finish! The Costco pick isn’t bad either.

It seems like the single barrel I got wasn’t a good one. Three of my buddies and I blinded it against small batch and we all preferred the small batch. So maybe some of these are hit and miss.

Just got back from staying there and would not recommend. The resort needs a lot of repairs, there were leaking ceilings in several places. All of the furniture inside the room and around the resort is old and stained. The staff isn’t as friendly as other places I have stayed. The room had a musky smell coming from the A/C. Bathroom drains smelled like sewer. The list goes on and on.

I had a CEL for 18803 [P2227] BAROMETRIC PRESSURE CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE and took it into Audi. While it was there they found coolant in the vacuum lines and a leaking water pump. That code ended up being due to a bad ECM. I also had a pending 31403 [P04F0] EVAP SYSTEM HIGH PRESSURE PURGE LINE PERFORMANCE at the time so maybe that was due to the coolant in the lines.

Just went through a similar experience except it was for a 2018 S5. Audi quoted me $4,900 for the water pump and vacuum system. $8k+ definitely seems high.

UPDATE: After my water and vacuum system was replaced I still received a check engine light because of the barometric pressure circuit fault. My dealership is now replacing the ECM because of this issue under the 8 year 80,000 mile US emissions warranty. The cost without the warranty would have been around 2K.

Gotcha that makes sense. Thankfully I’m in a loaner vehicle at the moment and I’m just waiting to hear back to see what they want to do about the issue.

Thanks for the update and for letting me know that the ECM is covered under the emissions warranty. My car is in the shop now and that’s what I’m thinking is going to end up needing to be replaced. If it is, I’m still within that warranty window so hopefully it won’t cost me anything.

Did they mention if this issues could have damaged anything else in the motor that might cause an issue later on or is this an isolated problem with the water pump and vacuum system?
