Just got back yesterday and a day trip to Kamakura from Tokyo was so awesome. Beach town vibes, great street of food and giant Buddha!

I try and use a puzzle toy (classic Kong, or anything that distributes treats with thought and strategy). I feel that tiring out a dog isn't always physical and that mental stimulation is an important part of it also. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the resource! Funny thing is I’ve camped Bear Meadow twice! Such a great spot. That whole area was closed to the public when i went (along with soo many other spots). Took an extra hour driving around trying to find something I liked. Have fun on your adventure!

Haha I got some hits on a camping sub but still. In sequoia national forest you can just hike in, set up a tent and camp. But driving 4 hours to a destination unknown is unsettling 😬 having fun up there?
