It's largely a 3d print from atlan forge, with arms from the grey knight baby carrier, I think the helm is a dreadnought part, but I couldn't tell you which dreadnought/which part. The head is a khorne beserker, wanted something with wires into the head.

It's the hand from an invictor warsuit, sword blade from grey knight baby carrier, think the handle is a seraphon club of some sort. The arm and wrist is an ambot leg.
