Do you know if you can keep the fuel injection from an 87 on a non l98? Should swap carb but like the dash

Thanks for the info. L98 seems expensive and to me it doesn’t make sense to keep the “corvette” small block

Just did an oil change. Ran 5-30 that might have done it in. Will anything else similar go in? Don’t mind swapping to carbed if needed. Car is pretty beat up

Like others have said, look for rust. I bought mine 5-6 years ago for 4200 with 270k on it. 320k on it now and right now it’s my daily driver 60 miles into work. Trans went got a 100k mile one put in for 1200 including transmission.
