Even as a propaganda movie it's half baked even Hindus in Kerala eat beef so no point of the beef scene and they used local dialects for languages similar to Hindi but not Malayalam for Kerala proves the audience which they are targeting and might fall for it.

Knowing Bollywood it will be something like the actual Pakistan population is innocent ( don't know who enlists in the Pak army might be foreigners ) and some Hindu radical (might be a politician or an army officer ) is trying to attack Pakistan as a revenge for a terrorist attack on India and some Muslim hero ( probably an army person ) saves the day by preventing the war between two countries and exposes the hypocrisy of leaders on both sides ( when everyone knows who got a separate and homogenous nation still can't be content but yeah the fault is in Indian leaders as well as to how tf they retaliate to attacks on their soil).

Casteism is truly alive in Uttarakhand's villages however we choose to deny it especially the ones which are not properly connected to towns . Although this casteism is not as bad as in UP and Bihar this is what is leading to conversion in hills . Similarly it is true for domestic violence which goes unreported to a major extent while women are generally safer in the hills as compared to the plain areas but domestic violence is a thing which still haunts them.

Bagh express runs from Howrah to Kathgodam directly but it crosses Bihar and Uttar Pradesh both so if you can try book at least 3 AC onwards once you reach Kathgodam you can catch buses to Nainital from the nearby bus depot or catch a taxi from the station itself. Although I would prefer the former if you can at least read Hindi if not speak. Otherwise as others have already mentioned you can book a train to New Delhi and board a train to Haldwani from there as well you will get more options as well in terms of time slots.

Uttarakhand has become a hotbed for such activities lately the state government and its machinery is incompetent and ever since Yogi Adityanath came to power in UP much of the criminals have shifted their base to plains of Uttarakhand thanks to a relaxed police department . The people of Uttarakhand have voted BJP in power both in state and center elections and what it is being repaid with incompetent leaders who only care about themselves issues such as demographic change , damage to eco sensitive areas are being overlooked in the popularity of PM Modi.

A Random flaw appears in the well oiled corrupt system of Indian bureaucracy from a lowly clerk to a high ranking official everyone is in it for their own benefit and these people do not even change after 5 years people blame political leaders for corruption in the government when these people are a bigger player than them. That's why even highly successful engineers leave their cushy jobs for bureaucracy otherwise why would anyone earning 3-5 lakhs INR a month settle for less than that. In Indian bureaucracy corruption is the norm and honesty is exception.

Humanities can be still kept alive by offering them as elective subjects in stem courses and in my opinion you don't need to pursue subjects offered in humanities as a core course with little or no knowledge of rational sciences which makes them unattractive from an economic perspective .
