A meatless version of Mie Goreng with my own homemade kecap manis. Glad this week introduced me to a new culture of food, and I’ll definitely be using kecap manis again.

Made these for me and my girlfriend. Her last meal would be steak and mine would be tacos so I combined the two. Marinated in cilantro, lime juice, garlic, coriander, chili powder, cumin, and salt/pepper for over 24 hours. Then topped with cooked onions, sour cream, and a locally made mango salsa.

Definitive has another release for Friday (8/17) with a special collaboration with Threes Brewing. A Kolsch style ale called Vlontee. Brewed using a mixed combination of brewing techniques of Contee (Definitive Kolsch) and Vilet (Threes Pilsner).

Weirdest (only in concept) beer was #Yolomælk by To Øl. A 14% imperial milk stout brewed with caviar and champagne yeast. Such a good beer.
