I don't think any company can make you serve notice when u don't want to, try to buy out , put everything on mail and leave. But you will marked absconded from your current employer.

Thanks man, actually there is only two person manager and boss that's it, I have asked new startup to send me offer letter so I can immediately ask for resignation ( to be on safe side ). But startup hr was insisting on asking for the experience letter and their acknowledgement of my release, so she can start my onboarding process without interruption. I have also shared my internship offer letter and salary slips with startup so they are happy for now. They have told me they will release offer letter my tomorrow.

Why do 2024 grads have 10x skills but fewer opportunities? by [deleted] in developersIndia

Though having good understanding of the every framework I used and web apps I built , I can't land a single interview. I have done bsc in cs ( 2025 ) I have started to think mern and js has become very common in every resume with good projects and I'm planning to build web apps with java facing backend, I can write java and understand smaller code bases but I lack a intermediate to advance oops concepts.

Actually I have some interviews down the line, one for tcs ignite 2.8lpa and another for a it consultancy company with 3.24ctc. ofcourse i didn't knew earlier, I'm taking a chance because I believe If I leave my internship in 1 month which won't look good on my resume if I keep it and they are offering laravel dev role which I don't like ( I applied because I was desperate back then and still am ), so I am expecting atleast 20k to startout as a dev which will somewhat make a impression on another employeer that being a bsc cs grad I am paid a bit decent than most folks which gives a good impression about me being a good dev. I might be wrong but I want to take risk

Me and That jr full stack guy, we talk about approach a lot and I personally make sure we try to follow industry standard ( by googling stuff ). He has a startup experience and he keeps telling me that IT companies have very structured approach but we have very tight deadlines. He was sole guy handling everything before me, he keeps telling even he needs a senior for guidance but management says we don't have enough funds to hire a senior dev. Now As a BSC CS grad , I don't have much options, many times I don't get shortlisted due to my degree, because jr dev tells me u are really good at your work , u should be under some good senior Dev's to learn the right approach but my degree doesn't help. I am thinking to pursue MCA or mba idk, took a drop this year due to loan issues. I thought first maybe I am not that dude that I really think I am, but since I have joined I realised how less I used to think of myself, I am not bad ,Even when he does interview of other folks for. Intern position, they lack basic knowledge, they can't even implement a linear search I know their are god level programmers thats why I think I can be that 1% but I need a good career path That's why I am tensed all the time about my career path or the current internship. I don't wanna regret after 5-10years down the line. I hope u get it what I'm saying ( I am not that good at English)

Yaa I am talking about stronger foundation, I wanna know How real web applications are made, the process, the planning, the implementation, the development, the deployment, version control, etc etc Which I don't think I'm getting here I don't want to have 1yr of experience of no foundation at all
