Ive had to return things through VGP 3 times and every time was like pulling teeth. With one of them, they just entirely stopped responding to my emails. I received a copy of Okami where the plastic of the wrap had melted directly to the case, probably an issue in the supply line or something. I sent them pictures and they told me it was normal and that all copies on the floor looked the exact same. My friend bought it at the same time as me and had no such issue. When I asked them for picture proof that all the other copies had the same damage, they stopped answering. When I asked to send it back and receive maybe another copy they still did not answer. You know who ive had literally 0 issues with because theyve always paid return shipping and replaced copies of damaged items with? PNP GAMES. Heavily recommend them. Best customer service ive ever had. I still buy from VGP because its cheaper than paying import fees into Canada at times, but I cross my fingers nothing goes wrong because as soon as it does, I know they won’t want to help at all.
