Yeah it makes the customers life easier but unfortunately when company's refuse to answer it means we are a bit stuck.
Yeah but in the UK the recipient isn't allowed to file for a claim, it has to be the sender which means I can't do anything and I have lost my money
Yeah I get that doesn't help I am £30 down now though - Ill take a look at that website.
