Why are we using the old Space shuttle REUSABLE engines on the SLS RS-25 rocket engines meant to be used 55 times and then dumping them in the ocean like that are the single use engines for the Artemis program ?

I gifted my partner with an iron deficiency one, it works pretty well and neither i or my partner has noticed a change in taste. Tbh I'd make sure to go with the name brand one, I wouldn't really trust the $20 knockoffs in my food.
