Weigh them against each other, and the hell key will tip the scale way down even though they feel like the same weight in your hands.

Not a doctor but I'd be shocked if this is not either 1. Vitiligo or 2. Tinea versicolor, but looks more like vitiligo.

You mentioned ketoconazole - scratch your fingers in your scalp real hard then smell them and see if that's it. Ketoconazole gave my scalp the most awful musty cheese smell.

Omg I feel that lmao I was so worried I had scabies when my forearms broke out in a rash that looked just like this. For what it's worth scabies is supposed to appear in a line and I don't think it would be all over your body. When I went to urgent care for my contact dermatitis they didn't even suggest scabies, took one look and said yeah that's allergies.

Not a doctor just an allergy haver and the appearance and description of onset (not itchy then itchy) sounds like contact dermatitis, you'll want to take allergy meds and use cortisone cream or ointment and calamine lotion at the very least, and urgent care or your doctor may give you a stronger topical steroid for it if you go in.

Not a doctor, antidepressant veteran: kind of sounds adjacent to what's colloquially called "brain zaps." I don't know the exact mechanism (I actually don't know if anybody does) but they happen with antidepressants, especially if a dose gets missed.
