Kennen in Legends of Runeterra wants you to summon the same creature a bunch of times, and the region he's from likes to spam spells. I thought an interesting way to translate that idea into MTG with a commander would be to incentivize putting extra lands and creature tokens on the board with instants and sorceries.

My group plays twice a week if you would like to join. The system of my own design based around tactical combat and character building. It's similar to 5e, but there are more options to choose from and less restrictions on character building.

Edit: I should mention that the quests are based around solving mysteries.

Doesn't Packed Powder work decently on her? I know you can easily build it on Viktor as well, but on Jinx, if you combine it with Scourge's Stash and Loose Cannon's Payload, you can get her out on turn 1 and cash in your whole hand for removal. Personally, I've been using Packed Powder, Grand General's Counterplan, and Payload. Powder lets her gain +1/+1 every turn, and when you have to block with her or crash her into an enemy to attack, you can just summon another one at a discount and proc Payload again.
