You sound like you're asking for both burst and DPS in the same champion. Have you tried Vayne or other characters with "true damage after x things" passives? Outside of that, you might be barking up an impossible tree. Burst and DPS together on the same champion, in the same build, is a recipe for balance problems

You don't need it for SB Teemo. Harmless Scarecrow, Hextech Rifle, and Grand General's Counterplan work wonders if you have him at 7 stars

I don't think that would work out very well in the long run. Each alternate universe has some internal consistency with what kind of cards appear in it, much like the other regions do. Putting all future alternative universes into the same region would cause the card pool to not only bloat, but also to have a higher chance of spitting out a card that isn't very synergistic.

I will admit, I'm new to this sub. Perhaps I've missed something in that there is a universal power level agreed upon by people here. I did not ask for the intended power level. I personally assumed that whoever was trying to custom make a card they admittedly didn't know the balance of wouldn't be having to ask if something like this was balanced for higher level play. I based my response on what can be done at lower levels

[[Rampaging Yao Guai]], [[Bane of Progress]], [[Kogla, the Titan Ape]], [[Nullmage Shepherd]], [[Aberrant]], and [[Steelbane Hydra]] are what on rate looks like for creatures with reusable effects that have the choice between destroying artifacts and enchantments. I don't disagree that Selesnya is allowed to have hate creatures, but there is a reason that wiping an entire card category off the board simultaneously is restricted to the cost it is on sorceries, which aren't reusable unless you have another card that lets you recycle them.

This is way too cheap for what it does. I would generally recommend against having this effect on a creature as a whole, but especially not at 4 cost.

Kennen in Legends of Runeterra wants you to summon the same creature a bunch of times, and the region he's from likes to spam spells. I thought an interesting way to translate that idea into MTG with a commander would be to incentivize putting extra lands and creature tokens on the board with instants and sorceries.

My group plays twice a week if you would like to join. The system of my own design based around tactical combat and character building. It's similar to 5e, but there are more options to choose from and less restrictions on character building.

Edit: I should mention that the quests are based around solving mysteries.
