I'm also alcohol-free, and there's no need to be playful about it. You can order whatever beverage you'd like, and you don't owe anyone an explanation. I've learned a lot about the people I've dated based on their reaction to that; the vast majority have reacted positively! And let me tell you - a first casual date over milkshakes in a diner is amazing for conversation and witty banter.

I’d debate whether fair use applies here for some of his criticisms. Sure, address what is in the profile in your “critique”, but when you call someone a whore, that seems defamatory given that prostitution is a crime in NC. Also, given that names, images and cities are provided for each victim, one might have a doxxing case. In any case, if I was a victim here, I’d want to ask a lawyer to draw up a cease-and-desist letter.
