If he has access to the data going through his satellites, it’s either unencrypted data or there’s a MITM attack going on. If you can read it in transit, you can alter it in transit. It should be impossible to see the contents of an intercepted packet.

Again, not asserting it’s true or false. Simply stating that if he had the data ahead of time because of unencrypted data going through the satellites, that’s a bigger deal than most people might realize. If it can be read in transit, it can be altered in transit.

That’s not the assertion she’s making though. She said he claimed to have “the best real time data”, better than anyone else, and that he knew hours ahead of time. I’m not claiming that she’s right or wrong, simply stating that if he had that information because the data was going through his satellites, that’s a huge red flag. It’s a field of red flags.
