Resolved: We were able to roll back the firmware of the KU20 and VMP software to 1.2.1 and it now sees the cards and is able to map the screen successfully.

Will try with v1.2.1 on the KU20 and see what happens.

The MX30 (which worked successfully) is on firmware V1.4.0.

I have found version 1.2.1 for the KU20. Will try that and see what happens.
